What happens if I change my mind about the product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a refund and return it quickly and easily. The right of withdrawal is governed by current regulations. What if I receive a defective or different product than what I ordered?
In the event of a non-conforming or defective item we can replace your item with the same item you ordered, and you must return the damaged or defective item within 14 days of the delivery date (subject to availability). If, on the other hand, you intend to replace the item (subject to availability in the catalog based on the Terms and Conditions) or order a different one, you will have to return the one you received and place a new order. The return of the products will generate a refund equal to 100% of the cost you incurred for the item itself. In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, Synitaly will also reimburse you for the relative shipping costs, which otherwise will be at your expense.

If, on the other hand, the product is being delivered, the order can no longer be cancelled. You will need to arrange a return once you have received the product.
